Hi, I’m Angela Furtado. I am originally from Brazil but have lived in the US since 1983. Until 2011, I lived in Washington, D.C., where I worked in corporate communications at a large international development organization. Since October 2011, I’ve been living in Los Angeles, California.

I travel often and take lots of photos of the places I visit. I’m always looking to capture special moments, beautiful places, interesting people, and even some odd things. I also enjoy abstract photography and intentional camera movement technique. You will find a mix of all that in this photoblog.

  6. Two worlds that catch our attention on any blog is travel and photography! We love both too although probably not very good at the latter. We are still very amateurish but love learning and exploring others who have great skill with the camera! Look forward to following and seeing what you have to share 🙂

  11. Photography has been my instinctive love sine my childhood.
    I had not tried much on that until I started my Blog.
    I my latest Posts I have put some photos along with some poetic lines.

  14. Came here for Thurs. Doors and I discovered you have Amsterdam doors – love the first one! Have been in college for a year there, (I’m Dutch) before I moved onto continue in the Los Angeles area since the mid eighties. Now since 4 years we live in North Calif. – a pity we missed each other!

      • You’re right – haven’t met any bloggers living in LA either. Maybe they’re more at the beach – no time for blogging, lol. There are some in the area of Sacramento (in a 3 hrs. radius). Wonder why I can’t remember seeing your comment on my blog -have to look again…
