Perhaps you can give me a true indication of the success or otherwise of the Barclays Hire Bikes in London. All we tend to see are rows of bikes and no riders or street scenes (apart fro Boris and friends on photo shoots)….do they really get used?
They didn’t seem to be very much used. But I was only there for a few days, so I could be wrong…
