Thanks, this technique is called painting with a slow shutter. This particular one is a close shot of colorful plants, on open shade, while gently moving the camera up and down. The camera was set on f/22, 0.3 sec, 18mm focal length, ISO 100. It takes a few shots to get a good one, but eventually… I also saturated it a bit in post because the colors were a bit subdued.
