La Scala opera house is a short walk from there, also worth a visit.
Norm, the pigeons were there, aggressively flying so close at times I thought they’d crash on my head. 😄 Yes, we went inside the Duomo. Pretty but not as much as the one in Siena, but it has impressive stained glass windows. I took lots of pics that I won’t upload until I get home. We also went to La Scala and to the convent where Da Vince’s Last Supper is. Quite the experience.
