Palisades Park, in Santa Monica, is where I usually go for walks, often with my camera to capture the creatures and characters who share that space. Here’s what I captured a couple days ago.

He was on his cell phone but was quick enough to catch the ball and give it to the little girl, who otherwise would’ve run all the way to the busy avenue.
Not sure if he was praying, warming up, or advertising his services…
Cirque de Soleil by the sea. This was a very versatile couple.
I think I overheard her say those dogs are 19 and 20 years old…!
Spoiled brats. People aren’t supposed to feed them, but who pays attention to rules?
And they are adorable eating their treats.

isnt there a beach boys song about that park???
It would make a lot of sense if it was, since the Beach Boys are from LA. But I googled it and the song was written by Chuck Berry, who named it after an amusement park in New Jersey called Palisades Park.
Oh well. Lol
