Most of us have seen one of these either at our grandmother’s house, at antique shops or even museums. Today’s machines may do more and better, but they’re are not nearly as sturdy and pretty… These antique sewing machines are part of a large window display at the All Saints store in Santa Monica, CA.

Someone said an animal will always look for a person’s intentions by looking them right in the eyes. Kaya understood I intended to photograph one of her eyes and consented by staring right at the camera.
