Fellow blogger Cosme, from bCLPhotography, an awesome photographer from Barcelona, with a beautiful photography blog, nominated me for a challenge to post my three favorite quotes, one each for three consecutive days. With each post I must nominate three bloggers for the challenge. I have accepted this fun challenge and will start with a quote from the guru of all street photographers.
“The creative act lasts but a brief moment, a lightning instant of give-and-take, just long enough for you to level the camera and to trap the fleeting prey in your little box.” ~ Henri Cartier-Bresson
The fleeting moment below was caught in Paris earlier this month, at the Jardin du Luxembourg. She wanted him to scratch her foot, he was saying “non, non…”
I’d like to nominate the following bloggers for this challenge:
Tina Schell, from Travels and Trifles, who delights us with beautiful photography and wonderful quotes on every one of her posts.
Cee Neuner, from Cee’s Photography Blog, a masterful photographer and a lover of challenges. She hosts some four of five fun weekly challenges on her blog.
Susan Judd, from Words Visual, who is both a photographer and a poet. I figure she might enjoy the quotes challenge!
Leaving Lyon to Paris (late posting for June 1 – Day 152 of 365 Project)~~
We left Lyon in the morning of June 1 and headed by train to Paris for a final half-day in the city. This post shows some of the countryside between Lyon and Paris and some of our afternoon meanderings in Paris. We went back to the Left Bank for a walk around the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Latin Quarter.

Jy is wat jy dink - nie wat jy dink jy is nie. Dit help soms om hardop te lag vir wat jy dink of dink jy is.
