Weekly Photo Challenge: Room

“Share your take on the idea of Room— it could be an actual room in your house, a favorite gallery in your local museum, a cubicle at work. You could also take this challenge in a more abstract direction, and show us where you feel like you have room — or lack it.”

A Photo A Week Challenge: From Color to B&W

This photo was taken in Tribeca, New York City. I love that area. There was a heat wave in New York that day and temps reached the low 100Fs. Walking around town was a crazy idea, but NY is worth any sacrifice.

Here’s a bit of Tribeca in color…IMG_1234 - Version 2

And here it is in B&W…

A Word A Week Photo Challenge: High

High up in the mountains of Southeast Brazil lies Ouro Preto, a former colonial mining town and UNESCO World Heritage Site for its outstanding Baroque architecture. Here are some views of Ouro Preto, looking up and down the high hills and mountains around it.
