Yesterday I went to a football/soccer game of the Confederations Cup in my hometown in Brazil. This is sort of dress rehearsal for the 2014 World Cup, which will also be hosted by Brazil. As I entered the sports arena, I saw curves everywhere. Here are some of them.
Signs can be funny, informative, deceiving, but some are plain eerie. Walking around the ocean front in Venice Beach, California, you’ll see these signs everywhere. Venice is at sea level and California is earthquake prone, so these signs are a constant reminder that a tsunami may happen any time…
Patterns are everywhere. Some are created, some form naturally. I love both kinds, but nothing is more exciting than encountering natural strong patterns, like these waves on the sand, with beautiful gold tones from the sun.
