Signs can be funny, informative, deceiving, but some are plain eerie. Walking around the ocean front in Venice Beach, California, you’ll see these signs everywhere. Venice is at sea level and California is earthquake prone, so these signs are a constant reminder that a tsunami may happen any time…
Spent some time in Venice Beach yesterday shooting pictures just before sunset to catch some of that beautiful gold light.
Patterns are everywhere. Some are created, some form naturally. I love both kinds, but nothing is more exciting than encountering natural strong patterns, like these waves on the sand, with beautiful gold tones from the sun.
These were taken in Jericoacoara, Brazil.
I love the Brooklyn bridge. It’s so iconic. Always so crowded with tourists, locals, vendors, people walking, people in bikes, people talking loud, music playing, it gets a little crazy. It was difficult to take good photos with all that commotion. But once I looked up I was able to appreciate and capture its beauty and character. It was as if we were alone, me, the Brooklyn bridge, and the New York sky.
